1. Written test (Aptitude),
2. Technical test (Microprocessor, Data communications, Operating systems, C, C++),
3. Technical Interview (related to C, Data Communication, Microprocessor),
4. Group discussion ( Topic : How to develop India ?
The group can choose specific areas such as Education, Poverty, IT, etc),
5. HR interview (related to personal details).
The information on the interview is pretty sketchy but it may consist of both technical grilling and HR interview. The written test is purely technical with stress on Networking, C, Operating Systems, Data Structures etc. You should be clear with the fundamentals of these and other core subjects. Questions are mainly multiple-choice though this may vary.
