Job Description
1. Provide support to team in Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
2. Developing and maintaining a strong repository of data with all relevant information for repeatable use in meeting pre-sales requirements.
3. Engaging in pre-sales activities, analysing customer business requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
4. Preparation of collaterals such as case study, white papers and other marketing materials
5. Work with management and provide them the necessary presales support
6. Assist in conducting scoping of customer requirements prepares technical proposals and conduct the technical presentation and solution demos for customers.
7. Conduct training support for account management and sales staff to equip them to sell solution
8. Assist in preparation of marketing/sales collaterals (case studies/capability docs) and sales training kits
9. Assist in the conduct of pre- and post-sales studies and reports on areas of interest to (actual & potential) customers.
10. Developing POC (Proof of Concept)/Prototypes
11. Any other duties as and when assigned
12. Good communication skills(written & oral), Comfortable working in flexible timing
