As an integral member of our team, you will play a crucial role in providing engineering support to customers, customer support personnel, and field support staff concerning systems and product issues. Collaborating closely with both customers and internal personnel, you will define technical problems, identify solutions, and guide customers through the implementation of fixes. Your role includes offering valuable technical feedback to engineering teams regarding product changes and enhancements.

In addition to supporting 3rd party products, you may be called on-site to assist in resolving complex technical issues that necessitate changes to core functionality, code, and systems operation. A key aspect of your responsibilities involves creating tests, tools, and diagnostic procedures for use by product support personnel. Additionally, you may contribute to quality-checking technical product documentation.

Beyond technical support, your role extends to leveraging post-sales interactions with customers to explore and qualify further revenue opportunities. You may also actively participate in booking transactional sales opportunities and providing highly qualified leads to the sales team.
