1st Round: Over Phone with an executive for about 5 mins
There he will be asking for :
–Your introduction, will check basic English through that conversation.
2nd Round: Voice & Accent round
–You will be given a paper to read full of WORDS and PARAGRAPH to check as how is your pronunciation and speaking over the phone.
3rd Round : Manager round
–He /She will give you a topic to speak for about 2-3 mins ( I got to speak about “THE BEST DAY IN MY LIFE TILL NOW”) – Speak & Justify the topic.
4th Round : HR round
–Compensation details, shift timings etc.
