The aptitude questions are mostly on data interpretation , logical reasoning and quantitative aptitude.. Those who prepare for CAT can easily answer the questions.
Details of the process and your contribution:
First we had an aptitude test for one hour followed by one technical cum HR interview for the selected candidates.
The team was very friendly and made the entire process quite easy for the students..
PERSONAL INTERVIEW (TECHNICAL)
Questions from C,C++,OOPS,OS,Communications were asked. questions related to the projects and the industrial training are also asked.,
PERSONAL INTERVIEW (HR)
Strengths and weaknesses, readiness to relocate to Noida , subjects and topics where we are strong.. They explained us what kind of work we would be doing and we can develop ourselves during the job.
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCES
The whole process is not at all tiring and the team was friendly and they made us comfortable during the interviews and at the end when I got selected I felt very happy. Once the aptitude test is cracked the chances to get selected are more as the aptitude test is mostly on CAT basis and time management is needed to crack it.
SUGGESTIONS TO JUNIORS
Prepare for CAT like questions for the aptitude.. Prepare for some C,C++ programs and be confident while answering the questions.. Ensure them that you are ready to relocate to Noida.. Keep smiling and you can easily get the job..
