In Technical just read 3 subjects related with ur interest , they also ask project related questions (only functionalities little bit of related domain and read ur srs very thoroughly) this is the elimination round so just read only this subjects

Also prepare one topic related with technology that u presented at college level (compulsory) and do mention in ur cv it will increase ur chance for selection and also select the topic unique such that quest can be asked

HR
just simple quest and whatever u speak just be confident because they dont see answer rather they look way of answering and confidence.
