So time management isvery important in this. After that –

1) What is ur fav subject in ur curriculam2) Difference b/w C & C++ (Based on 1st one)3) What are advantages of C++ over C ?4) What is POLYMORPHYSM and How can we achieve it in our C++ programs?5) What will u do if u have a clash with ur coleague6) If u are given Extra work in the Office and Your girl frnd is waiting for u at the out side.Then what will u do?(These 5 and 6 were extended based on my answers).

My HR was very cool person«Me: May I come in sir..HR: yes..Me: very good afternoon sir..HR: hmmm.. please take your seat..Me: Thank you sir..HR: (usual question) tell about yourself..Me: toldHR: tell something something about your family..Me : told (actually I talk somewhat mildly)HR: are feeling nervous..?Me.: yes sir slightly.. but now ok sir..HR: (he start to ask technical question)What is data structure..?Me: toldHR: what is database and data mining?Me: explainedHR: what is the difference between the SQL and ORACLE.?Me: explained well( he impressed)HR: do u know the symbol of latest Rupees in India?Me: at beginning I told that . I don¶t know sir…sorry. but after he start the next ques Iinterrupt and asked ³shall I draw it sir?´
HR: of course.. sure..Me: I drew it (nearly its right..)HR: good.. again he asked about my family«This time I explained well..HR: tell something about your brother..?Me: somewhat told..HR: ok Vijayakumar.. that it.. do you have any question with me..Me: no sir..HR: I think u well know about bond and other conditions..Me: yes sir..HR: ok u can go now…Me: Thank you sir (somewhat boldly)After did my HR I waited more than 7 hours for results.. nearly 8p.m results were announced.Really it was very thrilling moment. they announced the candidate names in alphabeticalorder. so I thought my name may be at last. Finally my name also announced. I was verymuch surprised. God¶s grace I was selected.
Out of 340 ,totally 257 were selected.

Here, i am writing this posting to share my experience with you.HCL RECRUITMENT PROCESS.1) WRITTEN TEST( COMPUTER BASED ONLINE TEST)IT CONSISTS OF 82QUESTIONS ,WE HAVE TO WRITE THEM IN 90 MINUTESTHERE ARE THREE SECTIONSa) Apptitudeb) Englishc) English passage This is very important to clear, if you clear the written test you are almost(75%) placed in theHCL .Prepare the R.S AGARWAL book its more than enough. 2) GROUP DISCUSSIONIts very easy round to clear, though you are not aware of the topic it is easy because HR people gives brief description about one topic, later they ask questions on this topic. If youare good listener, pay some attention you defiantly clear this round each group contains 10members, major elemination is here only from my group only two members are cleared, atother pannels they selected 6 out 10, and some times 9 out 10 also don’t fear.If don’t know any thing about the topic ask thougths, this also improves your chances of getting selected in the GD just involve in the discussion by asking questions 3) HR INTERVIEWHR interview is just for formality. But some of us also eleminated here also almost 500people are qalified for the HR ROUND and 400+ selected (as per my knowledge).HR QUESTIONS LIKE ,TELL ME ABOUT UR SELF?WHAT ARE YOUR ACHIVEMENTS ?WHAT ARE YOUR SHORT TERM GOALS AND LONG TERM GOALS ?FAMILYBACKGROUND ?WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT HCL?
WHY HCL? WHY SHOULD HIRE YOU ?WHAT IS YOUR AREA OF INTEREST? WILL YOU GO NOIDA? LIKE THESE ARE VERY VERY EASY IF YOU PAY LITTLE ATTENTION MY HR COMPLETED IN 10 MINUTESHCL, HR PEOPLE ARE VERY FRIENDLYBE HONEST AND SAY SORRY SIR, IF YOU DONT KNOW ANSWER BUT DON’T TRY TO GIVE ANSWERS EVEN IF YOU DON’T KNOWBE CONFIDENT, DON’T LOOSE HOPE TILL TO THE ENDGOD ALSO HELP YOU MYSELF I AM AN AVERAGE STUDENT.
